ROMANCE- Feng Shui Style

In February we celebrate LOVE. But, at I.O. METRO we believe you should create at least one room in your home where you feel the ROMANCE all year.

“Love is a euphoric state of being; it makes us feel powerful, confident, safe, wanted, useful, and content. Humans and animals alike can die, get sickly, and suffer depression without love. Without love, there would be no life. It is vital for us to create romantic spaces where we can connect with our emotions, bond and reinforce our love — spaces that celebrate and create balance in our love relationships” (Liu).

Feng Shui- The foundation upon which you can build a ROMANTIC HAVEN:

· The images in your bedroom should depict love, nature and romantic memories. Visuals stimulate our mind, our subconscious and affect our outward behavior in a relationship.

· Keep the bedroom clean and clutter free.

· Bed size and firmness should be compatible with those sleeping on it. Without receiving proper support and good rest, we cannot maintain our health nor our relationships.

· Bedding should be soft to the touch, such as Egyptian cotton, chenille, or satin.
