Fir is a premium timber for making Reclaimed Furniture. Fir Wood has stood the test of time in buildings for centuries. Through the natural aging process it dries to a hardness, density, and color unsurpassed by modern lumber. As buildings are being torn down to make way for progress, fir wood is being harvested from the "Industrial Forests" of the world.

This is due to the Green Consciousness of the factory in which it is handcrafted. 99% of the wood is Reclaimed Fir and environmental processes are of the utmost importance. Experienced artisans love working with this incredible aged wood and we love that we’re helping to Reduce, Reuse & Recycle.
