Before + After {TO THE STUDS}

Occasionally one will stumble upon a home that is totally hideous inside, but has great bones. We truly believe that location can give any house plenty of potential. This project is a great example of a remodel completed with I.O. METRO style...

BEFORE: Entry + Dining

The entry and dining room were both narrow and split. In order to create better flow, walls were removed and the two spaces were joined. The ugly brown carpeting and mauve tiles were torn out and dark stained wood floors were added. The oak trim and interior doors were also painted to create more cohesion in the space. Finally, the front door and lighting fixtures were removed and replaced to modernize the look.
